At Taymor, we're looking for a Supervisor - Warehouse Services to help lead our Mississauga warehouse team. Reporting to the Manager - Warehouse Services, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coach a team of approximately 10-15 warehouse associates, creating a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and product services.
• Plan and coordinate labour resources to meet operational demands while maintaining productivity and service levels.
• Monitor warehouse performance, analyze KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and effective inventory controls.
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices and improving warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Traffic, Quality, Customer Service, Sales and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Support associate development through coaching, performance management, training, and mentoring.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support Taymor's strategic objectives.

What you’ll get from us: 

Compensation evaluated on skills, knowledge, and experience, is an annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000 (subject to experience and capability). In addition, benefits include:

What you bring: 

We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in either a formal supervisory role or as an informal leader.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution best practices.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode technology, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Post-secondary education in business, transportation, supply chain, or a related field is considered an asset.
• CITT or P.Log designation is considered an asset.
