Warehouse Services Manager

We are excited to share an internal opportunity for a Warehouse Services Manager to join our Mississauga team. Reporting to Alex Wilson, the Director - Customer Experience and Supply Chain, this role will play a key part in leading our warehouse operations, supporting a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and process optimization to drive efficiency and service excellence.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant workplace through safety leadership, training, inspections, and adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Lead, develop, and support the warehouse team through recruitment, coaching, training, performance management, and effective resource planning.
  • Monitor operational performance, manage budgets and expenses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee warehouse equipment, facilities, and maintenance activities in partnership with Property Management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Traffic, and the broader Operations team to support customer needs, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Participate in additional projects and initiatives that support operational success.

We are looking for a strong people leader with:

  • 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or operations management
  • Approximately 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, logistics, and safety practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change management skills
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong business ethics and attention to detail
