About the Opportunity
Taymor is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Operations Administrative Assistant to join our Toronto office. This position plays a key role in supporting our Sales leadership, Operations, HR, and Properties teams across Canada and the US. If you're a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales Support
- Prepare sales performance materials and monthly reports using Power BI and other tools
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and expense reporting for Sales leadership
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks including quotes, vendor invoices, and contact databases
Operations & Office Administration
- Oversee general office operations including vendor management, filing, supply ordering, and reception coverage
- Coordinate internal company events and assist with IT needs and office equipment
- Manage logistics documentation, purchase orders, and employee recognition initiatives
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and compliance activities
- Handle internal announcements and onboarding logistics for new sales hires
Property Division Support

- Liaise with Property Management for maintenance and inspections
- Manage parking leases and insurance visit scheduling
About You
To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of experience in administrative or coordinator role, preferably with experience supporting cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Operations). .
You will also need:
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
